LIRA LLP establishment. The company specializes in audit of financial and economic activities of companies and consulting services in the tax and accounting legislation. LIRA LLP entered into PAO The Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

March, 2003

Incorporation of the audit company LIRA – AUDIT LLP. Differentiation between audit and consulting activities. All the audit activities are concentrated in the audit company LIRA - AUDIT LLP. Consulting remains the main activity of the consulting company LIRA LLP.

December, 2006

Appraisal company LIRA LLP was incorporated. The company activities are focused in the business appraisal and investment projects.

August, 2008

Opening of branches and representative offices in major cities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

September, 2008

Lira-Audit LLP is recognized as a full member of PAO Collegium of Auditors with rights, obligations and liabilities under the Articles of Association and the Auditors' Code of Ethics.

December, 2008

Lira-Audit LLP has successfully passed the quality control of audit activities and compliance of professional ethics and received the Opinion of the professional audit organization Collegium of Auditors about compliance with the qualification requirements for the mandatory auditing monopolistic organizations and large business entities.

January, 2009

The Audit company Lira - Audit LLP joined the list of audit firms, according to clause 1 of qualification requirements for audit companies to carry out the statutory audit of financial institutions, and has the Opinion of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty on compliance with the qualification requirements for audit companies for the annual audit of securities issuers № 02.01-10 / 42 (0006058) dd. 26.01.2009 for admission of financial instruments to the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty.

March, 2009

Opening of the education and advance training for accountants and auditors centre - LIRA. Centre got the official accreditation by PAO Collegium of Auditors and was recognized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the centre that had all the necessary material and technical ground and met all the requirements for preparing Kazakhstan candidates - auditors to pass qualifying exams under the entire list of subjects. The Audit company Lira - Audit LLP joined the Forum of Professional Accountants.

May, 2010

Lira-Audit LLP joined Eura Audit International, the international association of audit companies.

November, 2011

• Lira-Audit LLP was included into the list of recognized by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (hereinafter - KASE) audit organizations of the second level in relation to its compliance with clause 2 of qualification requirements approved by the decree of the Representative of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty "On approval of instruments to the special trading floor of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty) dated October 20, 2009 № 04.2-44/172. (hereinafter - Qualification requirements).

• In November, 2011, Lira-Audit LLP was registered as VAT payer in the Tax Office of Bostandyk District Series 60001 №0028510

December, 2011

Lira-Audit LLP has successfully passed the quality control of audit activities and compliance with professional ethics and received the Opinion of the professional audit organization Collegium of Auditors about compliance with the qualification requirements for the mandatory auditing monopolistic organizations and large business entities.

March, 2014

Coupled with changes to KASE qualification requirements, namely in clause 4) – the obligatory availability of a document (certificate or letter of confirmation), confirming an auditing company membership in international accounting and (or) audit network which members are engaged with audit of the financial statements of the issuer of financial instruments admitted to trading at least at one of the stock exchanges, being a full member of the World Federation of Exchanges at the time of application submission.

The Audit company Lira - Audit LLP joined Kudos International Network, the international network of audit firms (website: http://www.kudosinternationalnetwork.com/) which is a member of the International Federation of Accountants (website: http://www.ifac.org/).

October, 2014

Lira-Audit LLP successfully passed the quality control made by Kudos International Network, the International Network of audit firms, the last three year company work review was made in accordance with the terms of Kudos International Network membership.

Performance was measured as the following grading:

Grade A – Clearly meets criteria;

Grade B - Meets criteria;

Grade C – Fails to meet criteria.

The survey was conducted to verify the compliance with the requirements prescribed for being a member, as well as to assess the compliance with:

• International Standards on Auditing;
• Code of Ethics (IESBA) (International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants);
• International standards on quality control 1;
• ISRS 4410, "Engagements to compile financial information";
• ISRE (International Standard on Review Engagements) 2400, "Review Engagements, the financial statements".

Аccording to documents provided by Lira-Audit LLP and the Rules of quality control Lira-Audit LLP activities were graded as "A" - Full compliance with the criteria.

Lira-Audit LLP insured the civil liability about the profession audit by the insurance company BTA Insurance JSC (insurance policy series ОГОА_Э № 000335 dd. 07.10.2014)

November, 2014

Lira-Audit LLP was awarded with the certificate of quality management system, which confirms that the quality management system in auditing the accounting, financial accounting and consulting, complied with ST RK ISO 9001-2009.
